Terms of return

You have 14 days from receipt of the goods to request a return. After these 14 days, we will refuse the return.

Please note that return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, which also allows us to avoid encouraging over-consumption.

Return conditions :

• Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unworn with their original labels.
• Items will be returned at the customer's expense via the delivery and return method, using the label you will have generated on the website of the carrier of your choice and accepted by Bahia Boutique, regardless of the delivery method chosen.
• If the original packaging is too damaged, the customer can use his own reinforced packaging.

In the event of non-compliance with these instructions, the returned product will be considered as non-compliant with our return policy and will not be refunded.

How to create the return label :

Contact Bahia Boutique to check if you are eligible for the return policy.

1. Log on to your chosen carrier's website.
2. Create the label by entering our contact details:

   Rue wéry 1, 
   1050 Ixelles

3. Stick the label on your parcel
4. Drop off your parcel at the post office.
